Formalizing Residential / Commercial Divisions
03.29.08 – Payne Smoot Group formalizes its Residential and Commercial divisions.
The Payne Smoot Group announced today the creation of two Real Estate divisions: Residential and Commercial. Each division will focus on real estate sales and property management within these unique market segments. This division of responsibilities will enable the company to better service its clientele, given the inherent differences between the two segments, and will strengthen the Group’s overall service offering to its growing network of investors, business and home owners.
