Orem Utah Schools
There’s no better place to raise a family. Orem provides some of the best schools in Utah and works to maximize all student achievement. The overriding goal of this great school system is for all children to improve their interests and love of learning. The place to start is elementary school, naturally, and Orem has seven elementary schools with over 5200 students enrolled. Then they will move forward to one of the three Junior High Schools and eventually to one of the four public High Schools in Orem. You’ll also find a choice in private schools between the Challenger School and Montessori Learning Center, both taking pre-kindergarten to fourth grade.
When the time comes for attending the university, they don’t have to leave the state. They can go to Utah Valley State College, right in Orem, or go to the Salt Lake Community College 30 miles north in Salt Lake City. Utah State University is in Logan Utah and approximately 94 miles distant. No matter your young man or woman’s choice, you can be sure they will excel in their schooling in these wonderful educational institutions.
