Mr. Payne leads Sales and Business Development for the Payne Smoot Group. Having worked both in lending and sales in Utah’s real estate industry since 2000, he is passionate about helping business and home owners achieve their dreams through real estate and other financial investments.

Mr. Smith is a veteran of the Utah real estate industry of more than 30 years. His extensive network and knowledge of both commercial and residential real estate markets ranging from Sundance to Park City to Provo/Orem to Salt Lake City.
