Payne Smoot Group was founded in 2008. Headquartered in Orem, Utah, the Group services a broad range of clients – including corporations; business owners; residential and commercial buyers, sellers and investors – along the Wasatch Front.
Vintage Properties Group was formed in 2000. The Group specializes in commercial and high-end residential real estate sales in the Utah, Salt Lake, Wasatch and Summit counties. The Group’s founder and principal broker, Mr. Rob Smith, is well known in the industry.
